Sleepy Hollow Delly was opened in 1957 by Frank and Grace Gruwell originally as a butter and eggs store. Their son, Norman Gruwell, purchased the deli and took over the business for 30 years.

The deli is now owned and operated by Norman's daughter, Erin Gruwell- Mollichella.  Norman still helps out at the store a couple days a week. The deli is famous for their homemade Potato salad. They offer other homemade salads including Macaroni salad, Pasta salad, Cole slaw, Broccoli salad, Tuna salad, and Chicken salad.

All of their homemade salads are Grace Gruwell's original recipes!

The Gruwell family has been proudly serving Springfield and its surrounding areas for over 60 years!
